  • Preorders: If you’re snagging the first batch, this is a preorder item. Orders placed now will ship starting Oct 15 2025. You’ll get an email with tracking the moment your game is on the way.
  • Processing time: Once inventory lands at our warehouse, orders ship out within 2–3 business days.
  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on what gets your order to you fastest.
  • Delivery window: Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International orders vary by region (expect 7–21 business days).
  • Tracking: You’ll always get a tracking number once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or shoot us a message.

  • Damaged or defective items: If your game shows up looking like it lost a fight, email us at support@letgogames.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost.
  • Change of mind: Because this is a small-batch launch, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before checking out.
  • Lost packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to track it down. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll ship you a replacement.
