Return Policy

We accept returns for unused products and damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at support@letgogames.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order cancellations are allowed anytime before fulfillment begins. Once your pre-order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under this return policy. Pre-orders often rely on ocean freight, so estimated arrival dates will always be shown on the product page and updated by email.

Refund Timing:
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post the credit.
