Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships by emailing us at support@playletthatgo.com with your order number. If we have not yet packed or handed your order to the carrier, we can cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Pre-Orders (Important):
When items are listed as a pre-order, it means they are not physically in our warehouse yet. Pre-orders usually ship once our ocean freight shipment arrives. Estimated timelines will always be listed on the product page, and updates will be sent by email.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it enters fulfillment (before we pack it). Once your pre-order is being packed or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our standard return policy.

Refund Timing:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider a few business days to process the credit.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment. For cancellations made before fulfillment begins, we refund the full product cost.
